If you’re like me, learning to love yourself has been the journey of a lifetime. As a younger woman I really thought my value was determined by what other people thought of me. If I pleased them, I must be worthy. If others were unhappy with me, I was crushed and would turn myself inside out to make them happy with me again.
Needless to say life was a rollercoaster and the constant upheaval often made me ill. I’m still pondering which 100 words will best tell my story.
