Robin Pedrelli is the co-founder of VisionSpring, Inc., a leading consulting firm dedicated to enhancing business performance through diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). With over 20 years of experience, Robin is a sought-after consultant, trainer, and speaker specializing in workplace culture, inclusive leadership, and Employee Resource Groups. She has partnered with organizations across industries, including Aetna, CVS, and The Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, to deliver innovative solutions and foster inclusive environments.

Robin is a thought leader quoted in the Wall Street Journal and DiversityInc, with features in Diversity Woman Magazine and webinars. She co-created the Inclusion Learning Loop, a member-based platform offering DEI resources and peer collaborations. Before VisionSpring, Robin served as VP at Linkage, Inc., designing leadership programs.
